How to boost growth hormone

Jak pobudzić hormon wzrostu

Wanting to grow taller, one of the primary factors you need to keep in mind is the presence of growth hormone in your body. For this substance many bodybuilders are able to give a lot. The salutary effect of HGH is also known by children and teenagers, needing it for proper development and maximizing body growth. Learn how to increase the production of natural growth hormone to grow taller.

What is growth hormone?

Hormon wzrostu człowieka

Growth hormone, GH (from growth hormone), somatotropin, is a polypeptide hormone produced in the anterior lobe of the pituitary gland. The hormone is secreted in a pulsatile manner from 6 to 12 times a day with increased release during the deep sleep phase (1-2 hours after falling asleep). Growth hormone secretion unfortunately decreases with age, so the period of youth is ideal to grow taller.

How growth hormone works

  • Stimulates growth of bones, cartilage, connective tissues;
  • stimulates synthesis of proteins, RNA, DNA, having an anabolic effect on skeletal muscles;
  • influences fatty acid oxidation;

According to popular opinion, you can’t influence how the pituitary gland works and how many substances this gland secretes. But I have good news for you – there are proven ways to stimulate growth hormone at any age. You can do it by using natural ways or pharmacy inventions. Of course, I recommend you natural ways, but many people consider different effective methods, so we will discuss all of them without exceptions. There are several very effective ways to increase growth hormone levels.

How to boost growth hormone naturally?

The Growth program I have created centers around the most effective techniques to increase human growth naturally. The production of large amounts of growth hormone is stimulated by factors such as:

  • Sleep
  • Diet: protein intake
  • Limitation of fats
  • Limit simple sugars
  • Sport, physical activity

First, try to make sure that your sleep is uninterrupted and lasts about 8 hours. Take care of an appropriate lifestyle, which is based on a healthy diet, limiting fats and simple sugars to the necessary minimum, and regular sports.

Why sugar is the enemy of growth hormone?

Growth hormone and insulin are mutually counter-regulatory to glucose. When insulin increases, growth hormone levels decrease, and vice versa: a decrease in insulin equals an increase in growth hormone. This is why it is a good idea to limit simple sugars and replace them with complex carbohydrates such as cereals, rice, pasta with a low glycemic index.

Products stimulating the production of HGH

Proteins, amino acids already by their very nature very strongly stimulate the synthesis of growth hormone in the body. The main components of supplements stimulating growth hormone are amino acids, such as arginine, ornithine, lysine.

HGH boosters

Multi-ingredient growth hormone boosters will always be more effective than dietary supplements based on 1 ingredient. This is because the different ingredients in them, work together and potentiate each other’s effects. A properly composed composition of a supplement, just like various foods, hides a different amino acid profile. This is what determines their high effectiveness. However, to enjoy satisfactory results, there is one condition. The active substances in the preparation should be very well matched with each other and have the right amount.
Remember, however, that the use of dietary supplements stimulating growth hormone is not necessary. No supplement can replace a balanced diet. You can provide the richest range of amino acids in your meals.

Synthetic growth hormone

Medicine has an ace up its sleeve – ready-made intravenous preparations with this very hormone. The cost of treatment with growth hormone depends mainly on the price of the drug, the weight of the patient and the duration of the therapy (often several years). The dosage is always decided by a doctor, and the drug itself is given on an individual prescription. Before choosing a synthetic growth hormone, it is also worth reading about possible side effects.

Hello, my daughter is currently 155 cm and 19 years old, I am sorry that her friends say that she is a dwarf. Since the year 10 she fell ill with asthma and has been fighting it until today, she has been taking a lot of medication in the form of inhalation and I think that it has stopped her growth.

Thank you for your comment. Indeed, female growth is generally already arrested at this age. An x-ray of the wrist can be done to determine bone age, as it is sometimes delayed. If the bone epiphyses are still able to grow, your daughter has a chance to grow a little. Your daughter can also “lengthen” her spine with, for example, bar exercises, which will negate the compression of the spine and may bring about 2 cm of growth.

It is good that you noticed your daughter’s problem and want to help her. I have written a guide specifically for people with a low height complex that, in addition to boosting self-confidence, supports success for short people. If you want to help your daughter, I invite you here: https://growtaller.blog/product/make-kid-teen-grow-taller/

Alan . My son is 24 years old . His prognosis from the beginning was for a tall boy. Is there anything we can do to help him grow.
When he was 15 years old we went with him to the endocrinologist.
She wanted to comfort us, but it didn’t work out.
She said to her son: “Have you ever seen 100 year old boys? No. So just be happy that you’re gonna live a long life.
He was supposed to be tall, but he’s short.
Now they’re telling him from cards that he’ll live a long time.
The son will live as long as he lives. Just like everyone else. We didn’t go to a fortune teller for a diagnosis of health and longevity, but for “GROWTH”. My husband and I are both in business. I don’t have that much time to watch my son for this pumpkin is already 24 years old . I personally grew after 26 years some 3 -4 cm by accident .
We are very worried about our son, as he did not grow up from a nice boy from a good home. He used to be well liked and complimented. Now he probably heard unkind remarks from his girlfriends or friends, because he completely closed himself in his room. He is not going anywhere from a boy who was known to be funny, talkative, extremely gentlemanly, from my girlfriends on up, he is completely out of the loop. He is afraid to go to a meeting about work. He is afraid to go to a meeting at work. He has become conflicted at home, although he says that it is not true.
I am asking for help. Let’s not make him go to the bike, gym or swimming pool.
We spend every summer in Cannes . He sits in a somu and if we force him to go down to the pool then he hasn’t even swum in the pool all summer. My heart goes out to him. I ex model in Paris have a lot of fashion contacts.
The fact that he is avoiding them worries me a lot . My husband and I want to relax and start slowing down. But before that we would like our son to start doing something. I want to see him smiling and active. I myself didn’t have a childhood due to my obligations so I know what it means to lose the best years of your life.
I’m really asking for help. We are already signed up for surgery with Dr Deszczynski at Medicover in Wilanow. Leg surgery. Everything is so vague according to their explanations. Pay 300 thousand 1 month before the operation. (The whole operation is not practiced in such a way, after all) In addition to that, I’m thinking that it won’t work out or that my son will suffer. My son would like to, but he doesn’t have the courage to let us break his bones without any guarantee of the result and with a high risk of complications.
I admit that we are desperate.
Ambitious family and desperate. Our son used to dress fashionably all his teenage years. Now? He doesn’t care at all. If he would at least start working and get some results, it would be easier for us to deal with it. The fact that our son has changed beyond recognition depresses us terribly.

As for the growth hormones. I: my mother. I am very interested in it for me. The years are flying by. In the USA 50-70 year olds use it to feel younger. That’s what I’m all about.
More energy and less worry about more wrinkles

    Looking forward to your reply

    RESPECTUESEMENT

I am 17 years old and I used to have lots of friends, I used to be outside all day long, I got along with everybody and liked them, I had no complexes. In junior high school I suddenly changed and now I stay at home all day long, I do not go out, I do not even know how to go to the hairdresser or dentist, I don’t care how I dress, sometimes I don’t even wash my teeth or take a bath, because I have no motivation to do it, I’m ashamed of the fact that I’m only 168 cm tall and weigh 52 kg, because of that I don’t talk to anyone, mostly girls, because I don’t look attractive, I wish I could have a lot of friends again, but I can’t go back to that, now I don’t even have one friend, the only ones I have are my parents and two younger brothers.

      • Alan Rybczyński Reply

Hi Kuba! I used to struggle with a short height complex too and it’s a long story. Probably you compare your height to others, which makes your self-esteem drop drastically. Your height can be influenced to some extent. In your case, you could most likely add a few inches to yourself. Moreover, it’s a good idea to start building high self-confidence right now. Your height is not so low that you should be excluded socially, so it’s just a matter of your way of thinking.

There are definitely reasons to be concerned about both your son’s weight and height. Physical activity is healthy, but don’t overdo it and take care about calorie and macronutrient ratios. I recommend to look at percentile grids on the internet to check the deviation from the norm.

Yes, you can support with arginine and ornithine, but it is not necessary. People overthink pills and forget about natural and very effective ways. These amino acids are some of the more popular ingredients in growth hormone boosting supplements. You need to assume a minimum of 1-3 months to observe the effects. The dosage is always specified by the manufacturer on the package.

My father is 176 cm, my mother is 162 cm. Is there a chance that I will grow to 180 cm?

      Good morning.
I am 15 years old and 158cm tall. I would really like to grow and reach 170cm.
      My parents’ height:
      Father – 178cm
      Mother – 163 cm.
What, if anything, could I use to gain those few centimeters more.
